2025-2026 Rates

RV Hookup

Monthly:   Nov-March = $800 (30 amp) 

                                                $900(50 amp)

 Daily:                         =  $45/day                         

                                 

Horse Pens 

(Pen with Water tank, feeder, and sand)   

 $100/mo or $200/mo for covered pen per horse  or $15 and $25  per day

                     

Roping charge

Roping charge is for covering costs of arena, steers, sand, hornwraps, water truck, tractor, Dummys, and ATV. 

Cost for the month is $600 per roper and $250 per extra person riding/roping.

Cost for daily practice is $50 per roper

                                          

We will rope live cattle 3 days a week (MWF @10:30am) and rope Smarty dummy anytime arena is open.  

EXAMPLE: One 30A hookup($800) with 2 horse open pens($200) & arena use/practice($600) for for the month for one roper would be $1600.  One 50A hookup($900) and 2 covered horse pens($400) and arena use/practice for a couple($850) would be $2150

You will be required to put a nonrefundable deposit to secure your spot by Oct. 1st
